Kathleen Judd takes pride in her unique and inspiring journey to becoming a lawyer. Starting her career as a paralegal in her young adult years, Kathleen's passion for law led her to return to school to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer.
Kathleen holds an Honours undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology, which provides her with a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour and the complexities of the legal system.
Accepted into the prestigious Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, Kathleen earned her JD with distinction. During her time in law school, she actively contributed to Pro Bono Students Canada and the Community Legal Clinic, where she provided crucial legal assistance to individuals facing financial and emotional hardships, ensuring they had access to justice.
Kathleen's profound understanding of the needs of individuals and families drives her practice. She is committed to offering targeted, cost-effective legal solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Her dedication to her clients and her relentless pursuit of justice make her an exceptional advocate in the field of law.
During and after law school, Kathleen obtained employment in a large law firm in Barrie where she cultivated her passion for helping families.
Kathleen recently opened her own practice to continue to meet the need for effective, cost-efficient ways to provide meaningful access to the legal system.
Kathleen is never idle on her feet. She loves to play baseball with friends for fun. She loves the challenge of staying active and outdoors, despite Barrie’s sometimes snow-packed streets, and she is always in pursuit of new paths to learn and experience.
