ABOUT MANDI PARSONS

MANDI PARSONS
ASSOCIATE
LAWYER
Mandi Parsons is a tenacious advocate whose practice is built on one principle: everyone deserves a fierce and skilled defence. She practises criminal law, Provincial Offences Act matters, regulatory proceedings, and family law, and has stood before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and a broad range of administrative tribunals on behalf of her clients.
In criminal and quasi-criminal matters, Mandi brings the full weight of her courtroom experience to bear for those facing the most serious consequences — charges that threaten liberty, livelihood, and reputation. She approaches every case with the same commitment: to hold the state to its burden, protect her client's rights at every stage, and pursue every available avenue of defence.
Mandi is also a recognized authority in regulatory proceedings, particularly before the Licence Appeal Tribunal in matters involving the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). She has guided professional licensees through complex regulatory frameworks, fighting to protect their livelihoods and their right to earn a living in their chosen field.
Her professional credentials reflect both depth and range. Mandi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Laurentian University, a Certificate in Restorative Justice Practices from the RCMP, and a Certificate as a Provincial Offences Act Practitioner from Osgoode Professional Development. Before law, she spent years in the insurance industry as an adjuster and special investigations specialist — experience that gives her a sharp eye for the details that matter and a clear-eyed understanding of how institutions and regulatory systems operate.
Mandi's clients know they have someone in their corner who will not back down.
